The West Michigan have suffered a minor set-back in their roster for this season. On Sunday, November 25th the team was informed that newcomers Kraig Brown and Ryan Hopkins have decided not to play for the Phantoms this season. The two players from the Junkyard Dawgs decided that playing on two teams on the same day is just too much and that they would both prefer to remain scratched for the Phantoms for the balance of the season.
After the team heard the news, the phone banks were opened and the team is working to fill the full time roster void by the departed Brown and the sub void from the departed Hopkins. Announcements concerning the players who will replace the above two are expected to made this week and the newest Phantoms are expected in the Phantom line-up by the upcoming contest against the Red Devils.
