The Men of Phantom Nation managed to overcome a first period in which the Yellow Shirts were shut-out for the second game in a row and fourth time this season, as the Phantoms rallied with a trio of goals in the second period and a trio of goals in the third period to overtake the Revolution 6-5 in dramatic fashion.  Despite trailing 4-1 in the second period, the Phantoms dug in and turned on the jets as the Yellow Shirts trimmed the Revolution lead to 5-3 after the second period on goals from Casey Rosenberg, Scott VanDonkelaar and Trent Kik.  During the third period, the Phantoms continued on its victory-seeking-mission to once again defeat the Revolution.  Scott VanDonkelaar and Trent Kik would each tally their second goals of the game during the final stanza, as the Phantoms completed the comeback and deadlocked the score at 5-5.  With the rather hot-headed and ****y young boys of the Revolution beginning to sense that their rout was finally over, a rather physical brand and entertaining brand of hockey would be displayed.  As the flow of lava from the mouth of both benches continued to heat up, the Phantom's control of the game would only intensity.  Then, with just minutes remaining on the scoreboard, the Phantom Player that continues to be the target of many on opposing teams would again show the Revolution that its not to their best interest to get Casey Rosenberg upset or even bothered.  Casey Rosenberg would receive a perfect pass from Trent Kik and just unleash a cannon to the back of the Revolution net and with a single slot from the former Mona Shores Star Offensemen, the Phantoms would again say 'Game, Set, Match' as the Phantoms capture their sixth victory this season and take sole control of the league lead with 12 points.  The Phantoms outshot the Revolution 34-33.  The Phantoms were ticketed for 5 penalties for 10 minutes, while the Revolution were ticketed for a mere 3 penalties for 6 minutes.  The Phantoms were without the services of Matt Zehr and Derek Reid for the contest and Andy Roseart was again reinstated into the Phantom lineup.  The Phantoms will return to action next Sunday at 3:00pm to entertain the Red Devils in a game that will again decide who control's the league lead.  Phantom Hockey...We Are The Phantoms.
