On Sunday, February 25th the Phantoms will kick off the team's 19th consecutive season. Since the Fall of 2002 the Phantoms have been playing in-line hockey in the West Michigan area. To celebrate and honor this very special achievement the team has revealed the team's 19th season logo. There has been high points and low points in the team's first 226 games, yet the current enthusiasm and desire to play is something that is driving every member to continue playing hockey and remain apart of this club. 'We Are The Phantoms' has been the team's slogan for several seasons. That slogan could not be any more fitting for a team that is made up of friends and made up with the rich chemistry that this team shares. In the recent four seasons, the team has made great strides in returning the team back to a group of friends playing hockey. That simple idea has rejuvenated the group into once again having fun and looking forward to the next game. When one person looks at either Lazerskate or Rivertown Sports there are very few teams that are able to remain intact and remain functioning for over four years, let alone embark on 19th consecutive seasons. The Phantoms are proud to be one of those teams.

From parties at the condo, hanging out at the Anderson Residence, enjoying the excitement of Muskegon Summer Celebration, cheering on the Muskegon Fury and all of the other events the team does outside of the rink, this Phantom group is a group of friends that enjoying having fun and enjoy playing hockey. Everyone on this team is here for a reason and the reason we are able to continue playing as a team is because of everyone's passion and desire to have fun. Thanks Guys for the 18 prior seasons, its time to embark on our 19th!
