Additionaly, Kevin Wootton and Mike Shaver tallied an assist, Gordie Anderson, Trent Kik, Brad Zehr tallied two assists each, and Matt Zehr finished the night with four assists. The surprising story from the night would be the fact that the Phantoms did not receive any penalties during the contest. The Phantoms peppered the Hockey Rats netminder with 32 shots, while the Phantom netminder only had to face a mere 4 shots on net. As for the Hockey Rats, the team only incurred a single penalty.
